Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sweet onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp onion soup mix

Instructions

  • - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • - In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess grease.
  • - Spread the beef and onion mixture evenly in a greased 9-inch pie pan.
  • - Sprinkle cheese over the meat.
  • - In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, onion soup mix, Bisquick, and eggs until well combined.
  • - Pour the mixture into the pie plate over the meat.
  • - Bake for 25 minutes.
