Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 chicken thighs around 325 g / 0.7 pounds, with skin and bone
  • 6 garlic cloves finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • 5 thyme sprigs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Wash and pat dry chicken thighs. Place them in a large baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Allow them to marinate for 30 minutes to enhance juiciness.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic, thyme, olive oil, and butter together.
